CHICKEN ENCHILADA SOUP

Welp. I reckon this is the antepenultimate soup I'll be sharing for a bit. Which makes me both agitated and a less bit sad. Aroused because Greeting SPRING and warmer, thirster days. But sad because, well soup is definitely a dearie that gift be missed for the incoming various months.

This soup is heavily adapted from my creamy crockpot enchilada chilly. That was such a immense hit with my descent and with so galore readers (?? Hi!! thanks for your comments and sharing your photos! They hit my day!) that I had the content to play a naif chile chicken enchilada type. Naif chile poulet enchiladas are one of my family's popular meals.

Ingredients
